In the PGA Dustin Johnson won the hurricane shortened Playoff event (The Barclays) in Edison, New Jersey. Dustin is playing solid golf and I think has a great shot at the Fedex Cup.

The Tourney runs through Sept. 4th, 2011.

One Final Sports update. My nephew Konner's AAA Minor Midget team (The York Simcoe Express) beat The Vaughan Kings in exhibition play Friday night. What makes this significant is that Vaughan in one of the best teams in North America. Nice work Kon Man.

If you have never seen minor hockey, you don't know what you're missing. It's very fast-paced and exciting brand of hockey. And the York Simcoe Express will be playing in the Toronto Titan tournament September 8 - 11, 2011( http://www.torontotitans.ca/tournament.php).
