sports updates

Baseball -  Little League World Series -  On Monday Canada (Langley BC) beat Chinese Taipei 5 - 3 beating them for the first time in 16 tries. So yesterday they took on the tough Japanese team....a team they have a 1 - 10 record against. The boys from the west coast lost 4 - 0 and were eliminated from the tournament, ending with a 2 - 2 record. Great effort guys!!!

Wow - Blue Jays traded two of my favorite Blue Jays....Johnny Mac and Aaron Hill are gone to Arizona for 2nd baseman Kelly Johnson. All three players have been having their struggles this year, but I am sorry to see them go. Gotta love some Their defence. Good Luck in Arizona.

  1. Hey Mike just a little correction. The East is the host for the Mann Cup this year but you are right that it is great Lacrosse. Hopefully Brampton can pull off a series win.
